The Taian Table experience is centered around an open kitchen and a tasting menu crafted with the best products of the season.
Founded in Shanghai by Chef Stefan Stiller in April 2016, Taian Table is the culmination of his vision for a small, intimate and highly food-driven dining destination.
Through Taian Table, Stefan hopes to bring together like-minded people and break the boundaries of traditional fine dining.

Starting this year, we will introduce five menus annually. These will include four menus that capture the essence of each season, along with one 'Best of menu, featuring dishes that truly deserve to be highlighted.
